Fans of Premiere League football are being invited to submit content for the relaunched News of the World (NoW) newspaper website, which may be of interest to those working in web jobs in London.

According to Media Guardian report on the newspaper's website beta version, which is set to be launched next week, will feature a new football blog.

It will also include a greater angle towards digital video content and have an "improved search facility", it's article said.

Gary Thompson, associate editor of NoW's website told MediaGuardian.co.uk that fans' posts would be appearing before and after matches.

"It will be set up in such a way that they can file at any time - it will be a rolling thing," he added.

The article noted that blog posts from fans would be moderated for adherance to legal issues before going live on the wesbite.

NoW's first paper edition was published in 1843 and launched with the strapline: "Our motto is truth. Our practice is the fearless advocacy of the truth."
